An infamous favorite sandwich, reportedly loved by the King himself (as an American, I am of course referring to Elvis) was a fried peanut butter, bacon, and banana sandwich. The cholesterol raising sandwich was a signature dish at a Denver-based restaurant called the Colorado Gold MIne Company. It's basically a loaf of french bread, hollowed out, stuffed with bacon, peanut butter, and bananas and deep fried. Elvis was famously loved other fried comfort food sandwiches: peanut butter and banana, and fried baloney. Do you and your fiance have a food that you love, or that you are famous for in your respective social circles? Why not serve it at your wedding?
Love breakfast for dinner? Have a little waffle or pancake bar with fun toppings.

Jenga +Scrabble = Fun At Your Indoor Wedding

Image From Two Ring Studios
Did y'all know I'm a regular guest blogger over at The Bride's Blog? Well I am! And I love the opportunity to represent the WNC mountain vibe! Today I wrote about games fro indoor weddings. I was so inspired when I saw Jana + Noah's Wedding come into my Google Reader this weekend. Jana + Noah had both indoor and outdoor games at their wedding at The Farm. Their guests played scrabble, Jenga, and beanbag horseshoes among other games.

Bocce, Badminton, Croquet, Hooray!

We've seen them all over the Internet. Yard games make outdoor weddings extra fun for many guests. Today I blogged for The Brides Book on this topic. Check it out here!
