Ming Makes {Aaah-maaazing} Cupcakes

If you are a cupcake lover and you have not seen Ming Makes Cupcakes, get your butt over there now!!! {But come back immediately ;-) } She has some incredible looking, and I'm sure tasty cupcake eyecandy and recipes.

One that caught my eye in particular: Sour cream raspberry Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. Everything about this cupcake screams summer wedding. The raspberries are festive, in-season, and, in my humble opinion, one of the tastiest berries out there. I also love cream cheese frosting because it's generally not nasty-sweet.

Hindsight Groom and I celebrated our anniversary yesterday, and, as is now our tradition, I made a small version of our wedding cake. You  know what the best thing about baking your own wedding cake is? Instead of eating some nasty, year-old, freezer-burned cake topper, you get to eat a freshly baked wedding cake every year.
