Elegant Romance and Rustic Flare
According to the Wall Street Journal, summer camps are the newest trend in wedding venues. How awesome is that? I think summer camp weddings are an excellent way to entertain your guests and express your individuality as a couple. So when I saw Charlotte NC Destination Photographer Visio's image published in said article, I just had to contact them to see more. And am I sure glad I did! They have graciously offered to share Sarah + Justin's sweet summer camp wedding at Camp Highlander.
There is so much I love about this wedding. In particular, I love that the couple mixed classic elegance with rustic flare. The traditional wedding gown and tuxedo seem right at home among canoe paddles, mason jars, and wooden signs.

THIS is a great approach (personally just my style)! Love the whole idea of staying on premises, the rustic combining with the formal, and that camps will invariably have a large meeting room where everyone can comfortably fit, feel connected, and enjoy the festivities.
